POSITION SUMMARY:

iCiDIGITAL is looking for an Analytics Consultant to join our fast-growing analytics team.  This role will be for an entrepreneurially-minded and digitally-savvy analyst who can serve in one of more of the following ways:

  • Provide our enterprise-level clients with data analysis, insight, and recommendations
  • Fuel our ability to provide data analysis, insight, and recommendations to our enterprise-level clients through the implementation, configuration, and enablement of digital analytics code

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the broad application of advanced analytics and enablement, specifically leveraging the following Adobe products: Analytics, Target, Launch, and Audience Manager.  Experience using competing technologies from other tool partners is equally valuable and applicable.  Exact position/title/responsibility to be determined by experience-level.

  • Provide on-going and ad hoc analysis to generate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders as well as clients
  • Exhibit strong client-facing communication and training capabilities, especially as it pertains to distilling complex digital analytics topics into concise recommendations
  • Analyze and optimize the customer journey, utilizing a variety of data sources (offline/online, 1st/3rdparty) across channels (onsite, in app, email, store, etc.)
  • Utilize experience in UX/UI principals and behavioral economics to drive business decisions
  • Define data strategy, build business requirements documentation and solution design references
  • Implement or assist with implementations for analytics tools, optimization tools, and tag management tools
  • Display working knowledge of HTML, JS, CSS, etc. to facilitate debugging issues and communicating with developers
  • Use key features of the Adobe ecosystem such as eVars, success events, VISTA rules, SAINT classifications, raw data feeds
  • Display expertise in automating the collection of data and visualizing it using tools like Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
PHYSICAL DEMANDS REQUIREMENTS:

Common office/desk environment that involves long periods of time at a stationary desk with extensive computer work that requires repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
