Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for crafting and maintaining marketing automation on Pardot, testing and launching new demand generation marketing programs, analyzing the performance of programs, developing/optimizing landing pages and email campaigns, and data maintenance and purchasing. This role seeks to expand our digital footprint, awareness, and Marketing Qualified leads (MQL). Our ideal candidate has a successful track record increasing revenue by generating meaningful leads through creating compelling content delivered to the right targets. 

The perfect hire is a data-driven marketer with strategic, creative thinking who: 

  • Takes ownership of the result and can independently determine what else needs to be done and how to do it. 
  • Makes recommendations and takes action based on the data gathered. 
  • Understands the sales process and the role the Strategic Partnerships team plays in supporting the sales team. 
  • Has a deep understanding of customer segments and buyers’ journeys, and knows how to create targeted content and programs. 
  • Reports on campaigns in a timely manner and translates what those numbers mean to the C-suite.
  • Is fun to work with, flexible, and has the ability to always meet deadlines.


  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Experience with demand generation programs (email – marketing and sales, SEM, drip nurture campaigns, etc.). 
  • Working knowledge of Pardot (or similar marketing automation software),, Zoom Info and Salesforce 
  • Experience leading a project from inception to completion and analysis 
  • Experience with lead scoring and nurturing campaigns 
  • Proven effectiveness with communicating campaigns to sales teams 
  • Ability to write for engagement and conversion 
  • Ability to formulate analysis independently — to transform data into actionable information 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to influence colleagues to meet tight deadlines 
  • Sales experience helpful (but not required) 
  • Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Work authorization: United States (Required) 
  • Preferred location: Raleigh, NC or Philadelphia, PA. 


Minimal travel may be required.
