You will work hand-in-hand with the marketing team, research team, and sales team to generate leads for the company. This individual must be able to contribute to corporate marketing and sales plans ensuring effective coordination of driving leads for the sales process. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a lead generation plan that generates leads for the sales team via various online marketing channels
  • Assist with lead generation programs, including refinement of lead database, telephoning companies to mine information, and general database building and maintenance
  • Create campaigns from initial concept through completion for each content area, generating targeted leads, managing campaigns, and running post-campaign measurement
  • Use all available resources (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, conference lists, etc.) to determine target title names and contact information from target companies
  • Help maintain database integrity of CRM system, including database cleansing
  • Track and analyze ROI and effectiveness of efforts
  • Update systems to help determine Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Set up and measure campaigns in iCiDIGITAL’s marketing automation platform
  • 2+ years of B2B lead generation marketing experience
  • Experience with digital marketing solutions for lead generation
  • Vast knowledge of CRM systems (salesforce.com) for lead and contact management
  • Knowledge of Outreach (or like tool) for marketing automation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to influence colleagues to meet tight deadlines
  • Sales experience helpful (but not required)

Must have experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation systems (e.g., Outreach, HubSpot, Pardot).


Minimal travel may be required.


Common office/desk environment that involves long periods of time at a stationery desk with extensive computer work that requires repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
